Tesla Model 3 - User guide
Get familiar with the Tesla before your rental: learn how to use the key card, charge the car and operate its other features.

Pickup, return and parking
During your rental, you may park in spaces covered by the Z permit (zones A–H and J–L, plus spaces marked Z) throughout Tampere. Always check traffic signs and temporary restrictions; the permit does not cover every parking space.
- Blue: permitted pickup and return spaces
- Orange: parking permitted only during the rental, no returns

Frequently asked questions
You can unlock the car with your phone using the button on your rental card on the Rentals page, starting 15 minutes before your rental. You will take four photos of the car, after which the doors will unlock.
Prefer the fastest available charging method, such as Tesla Superchargers. At Tesla’s own stations, simply plug the charging cable into the car and charging starts automatically.
You can recognise high-power charging stations by their attached charging cable and power of 150–350 kW. You do not need the cables stored in the car. Those are intended for overnight charging from a standard socket due to their slow charging speed.
You must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
You are liable for damage to the shared car and its equipment during use, as well as missing parts and equipment. Return the car clean and with 80% battery.
